Terms & Conditions of our loyalty points programme

  • Membership will commence from the date we receive your completed application.
  • Loyalty Programme points earned can be redeemed for a “Free Night” reward only.
  • Points can be earned only as shown above.
  • Membership Card/Number must be presented at the time of reservation or check-in.
  • Members may earn points for direct or Internet bookings only.
  • Points cannot be earned for complimentary stays or barter reservation.
  • Membership & Redemption are valid for two years.
  • Reward reservations are subject to 7 days’ advance booking & room availability.
  • Points to redeem a “Free Night” reward will vary with hotel category and time of year.
  • Points or rewards may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, prizes or credit.
  • Unused Points expire 6 months after the card expiry date.
  • A Reward Voucher once issued cannot be changed or amended.
  • A Reward Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • A Reward Voucher must be presented to Reception upon arrival.
  • A Reward Voucher cannot be reissued if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.
  • After receiving your contact details, we send your points balance statement, and updates at the expiry date. We may also send you promotions, offers and other communications.
  • Cape and Kantary Hotels reserves the right to add to, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules with or without notice.
